i told it to stop writing for me

i told my ai agent to stop writing for me, to improve my writing skill.

now when i try to use it to ghostwrite, it just points me to do it myself and keeps shoving in my face that i wrote the skill to stop this exact stuff.

the guardrail works. that is the annoying part.
