openclaw → claude code

spent 12 hours deploying openclaw on a vps

the bot couldn't read links
couldn't run commands without being asked twice
killed the conversation when i pushed back on its guardrails

then i installed claude code on the same box
wrote a 200-line telegram bot
pasted my persona as CLAUDE.md

1 hour. full tool access. uncut persona. opus brain.

the middleware was the problem the entire time.
