what makes this so hard

whenever i think “why hasn’t anyone built this yet?” i force myself to ask the opposite question.

“what makes this so hard that nobody has pulled it off already?”

that single question has killed more startup ideas than competitors ever did.

learned that heuristic from yudkowsky years ago.
